In the early 1990’s the Firm’s capabilities had been extended to include Civil Engineering and Construction Management services. The Firm has also been engaged in the design and management of large-scale design-build projects, especially in the field of structural steel construction since 1991.
In 1997, the Firm opened its office in the Shanghai Business District directed by principal partners. Responding to client’s needs, an architectural division was established in the Shanghai office. The Shanghai office also operates in joint venture with local design institutes for the preparation of construction documents. Our design expertise and management capability coupled with local experience of the design institutes ensure design compliance with local codes and international building standards.
