Roberts & Reymann Engineering provides full engineering plans and contract documents for site development, roadway design, curb and sidewalk installation, sanitary sewer, water distribution and stormwater management facilities, gas and electric utilities, and recreational facilities. Carmela Santaniello Roberts & John D. Reymann have each brought to the creation of their firm a half century of experience in the engineering field. Carmela has focused her career on the needs of redevelopment clients, addressing aging infrastructures and rehabilitation/reconstruction projects, while John concentrates on new development areas, addressing the issues of insufficient infrastructure, increasing traffic and the burdens of keeping up with the new growth.

Inspection Services - We provide site inspectors for capital construction projects, new developments and redevelopment sites.

Construction Administration - We oversee all facets of the construction process including preparation of contracts and administrative requirements as well as the processing of field changes and payment requests.

Planning & Zoning Board Review - We provide review services for all applications that need to come before planning or zoning boards — subdivisions, site plans, bulk variances, and use variances.

Water Distribution & Treatment Engineering - We provide the engineering needed for replacement and installation of new water mains along with the necessary system modeling. Services also include modifications to treatment plants or well pumping equipment.

Sanitary Sewer Collection & Treatment Engineering - We design and review sanitary sewer pipe installation and replacement as well as pump station design and needed treatment plant modifications.

Stormwater Design & Review - We are fully versed in the NJDEP Stormwater Regulations and will design and manage the maintenance of storm water facilities which comply with these regulations.
